Nordic Skiing Registration
Note!! Students
must have both a sports qualifying physical dated after 6/15/2014
and an eligibility form on file before they can practice or compete. You
will be prompted to complete the eligibility form during the checkout
process. The form only needs to be completed once per year per student.
Where to go for more information: Activities Office or contact Larry Myers Length of season: Practice begins November 15, 2015. Practice times: 2:30PM-5:00PM. Practice site: WHS, local parks, or ski areas. Competitions: Mid-December through mid-February: five conference races, 1-3 invitationals, regional, and state competitions are held. Eligibility requirements: Open to students in grades 7-12 who meet the MSHSL Eligibility Requirements. Average number of members: 60, both boys and girls. Costs and/or needed equipment: Participation fee and ski equipment. Registration Dates: October 25-November 10
